Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and are responsible for activity through your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or serious violations of these terms.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license for the number of devices included in your plan. You may not resell or share the license, reverse engineer the software, or bypass security controls.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until canceled. Subscriptions can be managed through the dashboard.

Pro and AI plans may include a trial. Early Access is a one-time purchase for the stated access period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

First-time paid subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days where legally permitted. Contact support@getatlaspdf.com. Renewals and substantially consumed digital services may be excluded.

• Only process documents you are legally entitled to access.
• Do not bypass licensing, security, or plan restrictions.
• Do not automate the API beyond reasonable personal or business use.
• Do not use Atlas PDF in violation of applicable law.

AI output may contain errors. Verify results before using them for legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions. Reasonable plan limits may apply.

Atlas PDF, its source code, design, and branding remain the property of Atlas Software. Your documents and content remain yours.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, security updates, and functional changes may be required.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.

You may terminate your account. Access to paid features ends after termination. We may immediately suspend access for serious violations.

Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We notify you of material changes in advance by email or through an Atlas PDF announcement.
